Download the zip file. Create a subdirectory within the main product directory to contain the unzipped help files. Unzip the help files into this new subdirectory. For example, if Repository Publisher is in your c:/reppub directory, create a subdirectory c:/reppub/rphtml, and unzip the rphtml.zip file's contents into this new subdirectory.
